工作内容 Main Responsibility "A.Increasing Sales:Welcome:
Ensure that all sales representatives welcome customers entering the store in a warm, elegant manner.
Guarantee quality communications with all customers (in-store, on the phone or by mail).
To develop special relationships of trust obtaining recognition and loyalty with customers to the brand.
Customer loyalty:
Maintain a dense network of relationships in different circles with potential brand customers and opportunities to recruit new customers.
Maintain perfect knowledge of already established customers, anticipating their expectations and the selection of products that they might like to be offered.
Maintain regular contact with the customers listed in the store’s customer data base.
Offer and organize targeted customer invitations to collection or special product shows or to events with a connection to the brand.
Sales:
Manage and participate in high value sales or VIP customers.
Direct customers towards the sales representatives.
Take responsibility for managing difficult situations and find solutions to satisfy the customer, in line with store procedures and practice.
Execute XXX’s sales policy (authorize requests for discounts or other special offers).
Store presentation:
Ensure an impeccable store appearance (inside and outside).
Implement merchandising for all products to help enhance collection prestige by following Visual Merchandising recommendations."
"B. Team management:Recruitment:
Participate in the recruitment of team members.
Organize and monitor the integration of new sales representatives and provide them with training.
Management:
Guarantee the team’s presentation: body language, verbal communication and behavior while respecting XXX’s practice (wearing of uniform, makeup, hair style, observance of zoning).
Define and control the distribution of tasks and assignments within the team.
Implement and monitor work schedules for daily activities and proper store presentation in order to ensure an optimal balance between resources and store traffic.
Coordination and motivation:
Define goals and priorities (individually and collectively).
Periodically evaluate performance by paying particular attention to action plans.
Promote communication of information.
Hold daily briefings in order to convey energy and help focus teams on goals/objectives.
Observe teams in the field and organize regular sales representative coaching sessions.
Identify training needs and enroll teams in different training modules accordingly.
Monitor acquisition of knowledge and techniques as well as changes in behavior, refocusing teams if necessary.

"Business management:
Monitor business indicators and propose action plans to improve performance: sales figures, number of transactions, store traffic, conversion rates, average purchase, units per transaction, percentage of returning customers, number and rate of entries in customer database, number of outgoing sales calls, analysis for each nationality, discount rates, etc.
Back-office:
Ensure that transactions are organized on a daily basis, during low store traffic periods.
Use appropriate procedures for different transactions or problems requiring attention, and for the implemented systems and supports. Train, delegate and supervise the teams.
Guarantee optimal inventory organization and tidy storage conditions, and organize regular cycle inventory counts.
Ensure the proper application of cash desk procedures as well as legal, fiscal and customs regulations."
